For the last six weeks, we’ve been working to stop the biggest attack on our Second Amendment freedoms since the 1994 ‘Assault Weapons Ban’ -– but even that fight was small in comparison.
The threats we are facing right now carry massive implications.
A national ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ bill. Expanded mental health gun control. Legislation to target juveniles in school, deeming them dangerous. Each of these bills results in gun owners being disarmed for life, without ever being convicted of a crime.
The entire team here at WIFC has been working around the clock to inform and mobilize as many gun owners as possible to flood Wisconsin’s Congressional delegation with calls and emails.
I’ve been in D.C. a lot, meeting with some of the most ferocious gun rights champions in Congress and doing everything possible to shut this attack down.
Of course, it’s impossible to run programs this big for free. On the contrary, WIFC has spent HEAVILY over the last month, at a time when our fundraising numbers seasonally decline.
In fact, when I ran the numbers last night, I realized that WIFC is on pace to come in 23% under budget for the quarter, which ends in less than a week!

One thing is finally clear to everyone: the Radical Left’s goal is to completely disarm America, turning out beautiful country into the next Venezuela where only the government has guns.

So if we’re to have any chance at defeating this threat, it’s going to be up groups like the Wisconsin Firearms Coalition and our national affiliate the American Firearms Association.

Our support comes from regular Wisconsinites: farmers, business owners, cops, teachers, mechanics, students, and many others who know that our way of life is facing the greatest threat that we’ve seen in our lifetime. We must stand together and hold the line.

People in other countries know that if things get too bad, they can come to America where the people are in charge, and where the government rules by the ‘consent of the governed.’
